Fishvaly tries its best to serve the users. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 3 working days via phone/text/email. If the service, that Fishvaly fails to complete, requires any refund, it is done a maximum within 7 to 15 Working days or more depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses after our acknowledgment. And Refund will be on the method you used for payment.

Unable to serve with any product.
The customer returns any product (Under our Return Policy) from a paid order.
